Siobhan receiving the New South Wales History Fellowship in 2004 from Premier Bob Carr. The Fellowship assisted her in compiling an oral history of Bronte Beach, a vibrant community south of the more famous Bondi. The Australian Crawl was first demonstrated in teh Bronte Ocean Baths and Bronte Surf Lifesaving Club, founded in 1903, claims to be the oldest in the world.
